Love & Hip Hop Miami Cameo ☀️
You read that right! After months of waiting, our episode on Love and Hip Hop Miami is finally here, streaming on VH1 now!
Back in May 2023, we flew down to sunny Fort Lauderdale, Fl to be on set for a special event hosted at the stunningly beautiful Crystal Ballroom. We teamed up with several businesses around the country to help put together "Shajiyah's Royal Ball", a princes themed birthday party for Shay Johnson's daughters first birthday. Partnered with VH1, SL Next Level Entertainment, the Crystal Ballroom and several other businesses involved in the making of this event, we came together for this star-studded, rooftop birthday party.
This party featured the Cherry Monkeys, who debuted nationally with the episode. Cherry Monkeys is the first and only children's toilet paper line made exclusively for kids! Inspired by underprivileged communities in Africa, owner Angela Whitfield was moved to create a company that gave back to the community in a way that benefited the children. Cherry Monkeys is currently developing a potty training program to be used in preschools or at home with parents.
The party was an absolute hit! Guests loved seeing the monkeys interact with the kids especially. They did a great job entertaining the little ones while the adults enjoyed themselves, too! Baby Shajiyah was just as precious as ever in her frilly party dress, even doing an outfit change during the party. Love and Hip Hop stars Amara LeNegra, Momma D and Sukihana were in attendance, as well as Fabo, Mjay and Shay's lovely mother Sandra.
The highlight of the episode though, was seeing our very own, Linda Harper, appearing briefly onscreen during the episode!
Chase The Sun, Cherry Monkeys and several others involved in the episode gathered at Love & Tequila Detroit (how appropriate right?) to watch the premiere of the episode and enjoy the Cherry Monkeys national television debut!
